I have, especially during the last few years do to life happenings, become a VERY anxious person, at times depressed. I was taking Lexapro for a year or so but stopped because I went through a phase where I just did NOT want to medicate. I, however, just went to my college football game and had an anxiety attack, sweating, heart racing, throat closing, panicky feeling. This has happened several times but now its getting in the way of my life, anxiety all the time. Does anyone know of some good medications I could talk to my doctor about, good natural or herbal cures, meditation/self hypnosis or relaxation tips, and foods with nutrients that can ease anxiety? I’d love reviews of personal experiences too. I don’t want to take medicine again but I’m willing, so let me know your best and worst experiences. Also, if anyone knows anything about St. Johns Wort danger/effectiveness, include it here.

Hi people, this is kind of long but I really hope that you can help me out with this.
I was diagnosed with mild eczema on my face 3 years ago, especially the area at both corners and below of my nose, both corners of my lips, and the area of my chin. It’s always dry, peeling, scaly, red, and a bit itchy.
pic- http://img186.imageshack.us/img186/4926/pic1ja6.jpg
closeup- http://img134.imageshack.us/img134/7481/closeuprx2.jpg
I am really sick and tired of all the steroid creams (hydrocortisone, fluocinolone, betamethasone and etc) and non steroid creams (Elidel and Protopic) that I’ve been prescribed by my local dermatologist. Now I’ve stop using steroid cream because it gives me pimples. The non-steroid ones does no justice as well. Currently I’m using a Cetaphil moisturizer cream prescribed by my dermatologist. It has been a week and it kind of helps the peeling part, but the redness and scaly thing are still there. Do you think I should continue using this Cetaphil moisturizer cream?
I’ve also read many questions regarding eczema and many people recommend a moisturizer product called “Aveeno”. I continued reading and came across another question and someone recommended “Gentle Naturals Disney Baby Eczema Cream”. So I’ve checked out these two brands, read the reviews and ingredients, and decided to give it a try. So two days ago I ordered, “Aveeno Active Naturals Eczema Care Moisturizing Cream” and “Gentle Naturals Baby Eczema Cream” online and now hoping that it would arrive before my facial eczema got worse. If the Aveeno doesn’t work, I will use the Gentle Naturals Baby Eczema Cream as a backup plan. Yes, this is how desperate I am because this eczema problem really depressed me.
I have a few questions for those who have facial eczema,
1) Do you have similiar condition like mine? The dry, peeling, scaly, red, and a bit itchy problems.
2) Have you tried using any Aveeno product before?
3) Do you think it will clear up the problems if I ONLY apply Aveeno product for my eczema (without putting steroid cream beneath)? Or am I doomed to depend on steroid cream for the rest of my life?
4) Do you think it’s a good idea to exfoliate my face, scrub?
Please don’t suggest herbal creams like Champori, I have tried that before and it has this dark black green disgusting colour and horrible smell which doesn’t really provide comfort for my eczema problem.
I’m really desperate for help.

I’ve been on my new diet for 4 days (the fourth day now) and I’ve already lost 1.76pounds. I only drink water and watch what I eat. I count calories eaten and burned and I always make sure Ive burned more calories than Ive consumed. I havent been exercising yet coz Im waiting for my treadmill to arrive but I work 8.5hour days and Im on my feet the whole time. I am also using fat blaster max, its a herbal diet supplement theres actually nothing it in chemical wise. Everything that is in it is herbal, like green tea for metabolism etc. I looked into it before I purchased it and its been reviewed to work. Plus Im having no side effects.
My question is, do you think the 1.76pounds would mostly be water weight? Or actual stored fats being burned? (Coz in a roundabout way Im not eating any fats coz theyre being disposed of by the diet pill so youd think youd be burning your fat stores straight away). Also, do you think the weight loss will continue like this? or will it plateau?
Oh Im 20 years old. Starting weight of 140.21pounds, current weight 138.45. Im 5′4. And my goal weight is 114pounds.

It’s wavy, dry and damaged.I would love to grow it extremely long without cutting it (not soon anyway, I of course will get a trim every 2 months)
I need a new shampoo/conditioner, I’m looking into:
1. Sunsilk- Hydra TLC
2. Herbal Essences- Long Term Relationship
3. Garnier Fructis- Length and Strength
If anyone has reviews of these shampoos, they’d be much appreciated :]
Also, if I stopped using all heat tools, would this prevent the split ends from moving up my hair shaft? If not, what would?
I’d love to hear any tips on growing hair long and strong :]
Thanks in advance!

I am about to start probation and have quit smoking for about 4 months now. I was recently introduced into a legal herb, called Gonjah Herbal Incense, it actually is a great feeling after smoking it. I’m only worried about whats in it, and what harm could come from the random herbs mixed in. I’ve been looking around the net and found a few alternatives that seem pretty legitimate,
spice gold, (quite a few positive reviews on this, i’m only worried if it has any problems with drug tests)
http://secure-credit-card-payments.co.uk/spiceworld420/acatalog/copy_of_INTOXICATING_SMOKING_BLENDS.html
and another Gonji Bud (Cheaper, cant find much about it )
http://www.herbalsmokecafe.com/legal-herbal-buds.php
I like the Gonjah Herbal Incense from the local smokeshops, but it is just really expensive, and I can’t find anything about it online. (sells for 25 a gram)
I know these are not as good as the real deal, but I just want something so i can enjoy similar effects, without fears of drug tests on probation.

So, I’m only a 32B, and I wish I was bigger..
Well, I started googleing stuff to find what works, and what doesn’t.
And I see so many people saying that pills, and creams don’t work.
And not to waste your money on them.
But then I come across different sites that say that there’s only
2 ways to make your boobs bigger.
1. Breast augmentation. (not willing to try that.lol)
And 2 . Herbal breast enhancement.
Well, I came across this site that was saying that Breast Actives
(herbal pill, comes with a type of cream) works for enlarging breasts.
It was saying that with the pills you must be in a certain diet to
allow the pills to work. (Food’s with higher in estrogen..Which makes
sense)
The site LOOKED like it would work…But, sites can say whatever
they want. They can even make fake testimonials if they want.
So I googled it..
‘Breast Actives reviews’
‘Breast Actives warning’
‘Breast Actives scam’
…Etc
And nothing came up with bad results. I came across another site
that had different products (for bigger boobs, longer hair..Etc)
And the site wasn’t selling any of them, it was just allowing
you to read what people said about it.
And Breast Actives got 37 thumbs up, and only 3 thumbs down.
Sooo..It seems to be true.
But I’m still afraid of wasting my money on it, Bc I know that pills
and creams can’t do the trick. But herbs can..
So..What about an herbal pill? Thats still a pill.lol
Does anyone know (or think) if it’ll work or not?
Has anyone tried it either?

(NaturalNews) To hear opponents of natural medicine say it, vitamins and herbs are extremely dangerous for your health. They should be regulated, we’re told, because they’re so dangerous!
Statistics from the U.S. National Poison Data System prove otherwise. According to a 174-page report just published, the number of people killed in 2009 across America by vitamins, minerals, amino acids or herbal supplements is exactly zero.
Compare that to the 100,000 (or so) Americans killed each year by FDA-approved pharmaceuticals — and that’s even according to studies published in JAMA. Also consider the thousands of women harmed or killed by medically-unjustified cancer treatments following false positives from faulty mammograms. And don’t forget about the more than 16,500 Americans killed each year from internal bleeding caused by NSAIDs (over-the-counter painkillers).
As the July 1998 issue of The American Journal of Medicine explains:
“Conservative calculations estimate that approximately 107,000 patients are hospitalized annually for nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID)-related gastrointestinal (GI) complications and at least 16,500 NSAID-related deaths occur each year among arthritis patients alone.” (Singh Gurkirpal, MD, “Recent Considerations in Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug Gastropathy”, The American Journal of Medicine, July 27, 1998, p. 31S)
So if NSAIDs alone are killing 16,500 people a year (or likely much more now, as use of these drugs has risen significantly since 1998), and nutritional supplements are killing zero people a year, why do health regulators try to scare everybody about vitamins being so “dangerous?”
Pharmaceuticals, meanwhile, are openly allowed to be prescribed for off-label use, meaning that doctors can prescribe them for diseases and health conditions for which they’ve never even been tested!
What’s wrong with this picture? It’s clearly a war against nutrition — a war against natural medicine — being waged by the health regulators of the world who are conspiring with Big Pharma to keep the people trapped in a state of malnutrition (all while profiting from their disease by selling them more patented pharmaceuticals).
The Orthomolecular Medicine News Service published a full article on this issue. Here’s what they had to say about the safety of nutritional supplements and the misguided attempts by world governments to limit or outlaw many supplements.
No Deaths from Vitamins, Minerals, Amino Acids or Herbs
Poison Control Statistics Prove Supplements’ Safety
There was not even one death caused by a dietary supplement in 2008, according to the most recent information collected by the U.S. National Poison Data System. The new 174-page annual report of the American Association of Poison Control Centers, published in the journal Clinical Toxicology, shows zero deaths from multiple vitamins; zero deaths from any of the B vitamins; zero deaths from vitamins A, C, D, or E; and zero deaths from any other vitamin.
Additionally, there were no deaths whatsoever from any amino acid or herbal product. This means no deaths at all from blue cohosh, echinacea, ginkgo biloba, ginseng, kava kava, St. John’s wort, valerian, yohimbe, Asian medicines, ayurvedic medicines, or any other botanical. There were zero deaths from creatine, blue-green algae, glucosamine, chondroitin, melatonin, or any homeopathic remedies.
Furthermore, there were zero deaths in 2008 from any dietary mineral supplement. This means there were no fatalities from calcium, magnesium, chromium, zinc, colloidal silver, selenium, iron, or multimineral supplements. Two children died as a result of medical use of the antacid sodium bicarbonate. The other “Electrolyte and Mineral” category death was due to a man accidentally drinking sodium hydroxide, a highly toxic degreaser and drain-opener.
No man, woman or child died from nutritional supplements. Period.
61 poison centers provide coast-to-coast data for the U.S. National Poison Data System, which is then reviewed by 29 medical and clinical toxicologists. NPDS, the authors write, is “one of the few real-time national surveillance systems in existence, providing a model public health surveillance system for all types of exposures, public health event identification, resilience response and situational awareness tracking.”
Over half of the U.S. population takes daily nutritional supplements. Even if each of those people took only one single tablet daily, that makes 154,000,000 individual doses per day, for a total of over 56 billion doses annually. Since many persons take more than just one vitamin or mineral tablet, actual consumption is considerably higher, and the safety of nutritional supplements is all the more remarkable.
If nutritional supplements are allegedly so “dangerous,” as the FDA and news medi
