    The only true treatment and cure for this (which may be temporary) is TURP (trans urethral resection of the prostate) I have taken care of many patients pre and post procedure and they are very happy with the results. I know I am not a man, but I am a critical care nurse who takes care of tons of men. supplements and herbal remedies are not approved by the FDA and sometimes they can have side effects that may not be reversed. When dealing with such a,.. ummmm,, delicate area, I wouldn’t want to take that chance. Good luck.

    There is a new drug out called “Dutasteride” that is supposed to be better than Propecia for prostate enlargement and hair loss.
