Herbal Remedies Help?

I need herbal remedies for respiratory allergies. As I don’t want to get continous allergy shots and want something that works at home

    You should be tested to try and find out the cause of the allergy, then steps can be taken to avoid/remove the source of allergy.
    There’s no such thing as a ‘herbal remedy’ for anything, let alone an allergy that affects your respiratory system.

    You need to find out what is causing your respiratory allergies as this could be from many different allergic reactions. Once you find out what is causing them then you can find an herbal remedy to treat them instead of allergy shots. There is almost always an herbal remedy for pretty close to everything out there in one way shape or form, but find the underlying cause first so you can properly treat them.

    Well you can use simple things like allegra if you don’t want shots but if you’re into all the herbal stuff than I’ve heard eating local honey helps.
