Weight Loss Advice Please =]?

I’ve been on my new diet for 4 days (the fourth day now) and I’ve already lost 1.76pounds. I only drink water and watch what I eat. I count calories eaten and burned and I always make sure Ive burned more calories than Ive consumed. I havent been exercising yet coz Im waiting for my treadmill to arrive but I work 8.5hour days and Im on my feet the whole time. I am also using fat blaster max, its a herbal diet supplement theres actually nothing it in chemical wise. Everything that is in it is herbal, like green tea for metabolism etc. I looked into it before I purchased it and its been reviewed to work. Plus Im having no side effects.
My question is, do you think the 1.76pounds would mostly be water weight? Or actual stored fats being burned? (Coz in a roundabout way Im not eating any fats coz theyre being disposed of by the diet pill so youd think youd be burning your fat stores straight away). Also, do you think the weight loss will continue like this? or will it plateau?
Oh Im 20 years old. Starting weight of 140.21pounds, current weight 138.45. Im 5′4. And my goal weight is 114pounds.

Me all I do is eat veggies and exercise at least 5 times a week and I keep on moving like tapping my legs while sitting it helps more calories to be burnt and be active :) I lost about 10 lbs in 2 weeks :)

Most likely the weight you have lost is water weight. Rapid weight loss does not get you anywhere. You lose it, but as soon as you start eating ‘normally’ again, your body will be like “Hooray! Food!” and store as much as it can. Rapid weight loss diets make your body think there is a deficiency of food around you, so it goes into ’starvation mode’ where it purposefully slows down your metabolism.
Your diet may work for a week or so, but your body will soon adapt to it and learn to operate with such a low calorie intake.
I recommend if you REALLY want to lose weight…
    Become vegetarian.
:) Not only will you be forced to NOT eat junky fast food like maccers, KFC, etc.. But you will be given only few options when eating out. I suggest eat seafood as it is good for you.. and some vegetarian count it as not being animals.
Also, you are right about only drinking water. No calories, filling, refreshing and healthy. Add lemon to it to make it more manageable to drink.
NEVER drink fruit juice, even squeezed. Why drink calories when you can eat it and be full at the same time?
Try and exercise half an hour each day. Perhaps go to the gym every second day and do 30 min of power walking on the treadmill, followed by some weight training. On a daily basis, don’t use lifts, escalators and buses if you can. Walk. It’s so effective in burning those calories off and reduces your carbon footprint at the same time!
Do not consume any food 2-3 hours before sleeping as this programs your body to go into fat-burning mode- which feels like a faint hungry feeling in your stomach. It’s normal.
I also suggest munching on an apple before a main meal as this will make you slightly fuller and stop you from over-eating calorie rich foods. If you happen to be in a mall food court, opt for sushi! :) Japanese people always seem so slim and that is because of their seafood and rice diet, accompanied with always being on the move.
    Goodluck!
Trust me, i do this know and i have lost so much weight over a couple of months. People notice, but don’t give away your secret ;) That’s why we all do it online…
