Why Am I Having Constant Headaches And Always Feeling Drained?

For about the last year or so I’ve had periods of time lasting for months in which I have a headache just about every day and feel completely drained. There is no substantial change in diet or stress level during these periods of time. Why are they happening? Are there any herbal remedies or home remedies that I could try before seeing a doctor?

I’m sure there are home remedies, etc., but this is, in my opinion, too important to leave untreated. My head hurts just thinking about it. You could have chronic fatigue syndrome, you could have mono, or walking pneumonia, or anemia, or hypothyroidism.
Better schedule an appointment with your family doctor. You’ve felt so bad for so long, why drag it out any further?

The disturbance in endocrine secretions have made liver fire excessive and it made the Gall Bladder Meridian excessive; your pain is along its’ pathway.
There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, WORRY, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation; drugs,
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.
Pain killers don’t treat the pain but we loose the sense of pain for some time; in that duration our body itself treats sometime and credit goes to meds.
Acupuncture is the best treatment. I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.
Avoid drugs & late sleeping if possible; worry, spicy foods, sour fruits, stale bakery foods and alcohole.
Sweet foods, COCOANUT WATER,sweet fruits, milk, rice, SPROUTS, SALADS and good sleep will help you.
But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves’ juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it is very strong.
If it is acute pl search a painful point 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.

There are multitudes of reasons people get headaches.Everything from eye strain, food allergy, sinus infection and sinus allergy to mineral imbalance like not enough magnesium in your diet. You need medical advice from a professional.Perhaps an eye exam and ENT work up or even a neurologist. So your family doctor is properly the best place to start.
