Herbal Remedy For My Cold?

What’s the best home/herbal remedy for my cold? I have a low grade fever, occasional joint pains, and occasionally very slightly swollen glands?

    its a mexican remedy and u use the cinnamon bars and boil them with hott water..you can add limon to it after aking it out or honey to make t sweet..or sugar as well
