I heard sweating alot, excercise, lots of water, herbal remedies. i have only had 1 shot and am ttc now. my 13 wks is on the 26th of sept.

    Never heard of those methods… I don’t know if they will work… but it doesn’t hurt to try. Naturally… your body will flush it out of your system… and it’s going to take time. It could take anywhere between 4 months -2 years. Sometimes less… sometimes more. I got pregnant on the shot as it was getting close to my next dose (I only had one shot)… I think that I got a faulty one. It all just depends on your body honestly. Check out the site that I listed below. It is a message board about the depo shot… and there are a lot of women out there who are still having a hard time trying to conceive because of it. They might be able to help you with a few questions that you might have. The only other thing that I suggest is talk to your doctor… and see what he/she can do to help. Good luck!!

    ask your doctor. but I think after a couple months should be all out of your system.

    Time is the only thing to get it out of your system. Honestly, they say that it could take up to a year for any type of birth control in some people… it all depends on your body! If you are ttc, I recommend just trying until nature takes its course and pray for the best!!!

    There really isn’t anything you can do that is why most doctors try to discourage women from using depo.
