Best Shampoo And Conditioner For My Hair?

I have wavy hair, almost curly. it is unbelieveably thick, layered and frizzy. my hair is like shakira’s hair in this picture (but i’m a brunette)http://www.contactmusic.com/pics/m/shaki…
I’ve tried so many shampoo’s and conditioners to de-frizz and soften my hair but nothing has really come close I’ve tried the whole fructis collection, redken smooth down, redken all soft, john freida’s weather works, pantene pro-v, herbal essences frizz ease, bed head straight and probably more. I’v read reviews about sunsilk hydra TLC and aussie moist but the bad reviews are pretty convincing also.
can somebody please give me a shampoo and conditioner that is cheap, will hydrate my hair (i have heat damage), soften it and take away frizz?

    i know that you listed herbal essences… but which one did you try?
    i use herbal essences and it works pretty well… lol i have the same hair type as you :P
    try Herbal Essences Hello Hydration
    for hair like ours it is really important to keep it hydrated

    aussie frizz miracle shampoo and conditioner!!! it really is a miracle! They also have 3-minute deep conditioner. I don’t know if it works but it looks good!!1

    Redken Smooth Down. They also have a Leave In Conditioning Treatment that you leave in for 15 min then rinse out about once a week called “butter treat.” It will smooth even the craziest hair!!
