Are There Any “all Natural” Vitamins Or Herbal Supplements That Help With Pms?
I just don’t like the idea of taking the mainstream remedies but I have all of the issues like water retention, fatigue, moodiness etc. They aren’t severe, just really annoying (especially to my poor hubby)!
Calcium is indeed the winner when it comes to alleviating the symptoms of PMS. Try to get 1,200 mgs a day in divided doses. Magnesium helps a lot too – 400mgs a day is what I would suggest.
Vitamin B6 helps a lot with water retention.
