Peri Menapause?

been keeping an eye on monthly cycle for last yr. things have changed dramaticaly in last month. all effects, i have had in last month. have found herbal remedy on net. it’s called macca. comes from the peruvian mountains, the andes. read some reviews but still not convinced. has anyone tried it. would rather do herbal than prescription drugs. thanks for any honest replies.

    No, but my mum used brewer’s yeast, vitamin b i think is what you need. hope its some help.

    Sorry I haven’t heard of that one, I took menopace that you can buy from any pharmacy over the counter, its a herbal aid to helping with the menopause, I couldn’t take HRT because of breast cancer in our family, I found menopace pretty good, I had tried black cohosh before that, that’s good too and you can buy that from health stores, they are really good in health stores at giving advice for the menopause too, good luck and hope this helps.

    Hi I too am in the menopause and take Black Chosh it works great and stops all the hot flushes you can buy it from your local chemist or supermarket it costs £3-99 from most places please try this.Hope this helps you
