Anyone Have Any Tips On Growing Herbal Ephedra?

I have about 50 seeds I’m ready to grow in pots, but I’m in Missouri. It’s more of a desert plant, so I am wondering about what kind of soil to use, how often to water, etc. Any sound advice is appreciated.

    Buy a mixture called “sandy loam” from your local lawn and garden center. You are in zone 6, so you should plant between now and May 15th. Remember, ephedra is bad… m’kay? President bush says so…

    isn’t it illegal? Ephedra is on the list of precursory drugs used in making meth. Be careful you don’t get into trouble
