Is There A Homemade And Herbal Shisha Mix I Can Make?

Being the cheap-*** that I am, is there a homemade and herbal alternative to smoking shisha tabacoo? I once heard that smoking tea leaves and orange rinds is good, but I’m not sure if it will work. Any suggestions?

    Zest
Take a microplane to an orange, grapefruit, lemon or other fruit and make some zest. This can work great as an additive to any shisha or by itself. Caution on by using it by itself it can be a bit harsh. With zest you can marinate it in sugar syrup (1/2 – 1 Cup Sugar and 1 Cup Water) Marinate for a few hours or a day or two. After three days toss it out, it will either be complete mush or just not worth smoking.
