Are There Natural Herbal Ways To Get Rid Of Gas After You Eat Certain Foods?

I know there’s Beano … but it is kind of expensive…I’ve heard fennel is good, and also ginger and peppermint oil tea… are there others? Can you buy these herbs in a helpful form at the grocery store or do you have to go to a special kind of store… like a health food store? Do you have to use fresh herbs or can you use dried herbs? Will store seasonings work… likehttp://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.d…http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.d…http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.d…
Please help if you know of anything, especially if it is inexpensive!!! (I don’t want to become an unnecessary expense and burden, just b/c of indigestion…. :( )

the most sensible way to deal with indigestion is to eliminate the foods that cause it to start with …….. milk and dairy products are big culprits …. notoriously hard to digest .. and will produce excessive gas and belching, acid reflux, bloating, constipation etc…… if i eat garlic i get excessive gas, acid reflux and brain frizz……….. please reconsider bandaiding the situation and try to instead avoid the foods that prompt the indigestion to start with ….. you can buy herbal loose leaf teas such as peppermint and fennel in your local health food store to aid in the discomfort of it ……. the instore naturopath can advise you …. organic loose leaf is the way to go as they still contain all their essential oils and haven’t been chemically processed and pulverised like the commercial and tea bag varieties…… by ingesting the herbs in a tea you bypass digestion and it gets absorbed directly into your bloodstream……… fresh is brilliant….. from your local maket garden or farmer if you can get your hands on it….. mixed through your foods and salads….. just listen to your body though when you first try them… either in tea or fresh form added to your food….. if you get aggravation such as tummy ache, headache, acid reflux, moodiness, brain frizz, bloating then discontinue using them….. i would stay away from large variety and department stores when buying things for health and healing…… you really do get what you pay for you know.
loose leaf peppermint organic tea is brilliant for tummy ache and headaches …. i’d try that one first …. it has a crisp and refreshing taste to it……….. but yeah, pinpoint the food that disagrees with you hun and avoid it.
    peace baby

Use baking soda, pour about a tspn of baking soda into a cup of purified water, stir and drink, do not use tap, only filtered/purified/distilled. Nothing works better, it works immediately, you will begin burping and farting. Only do this twice a day, at the most 3, but I would say 2.
