Chinese Canadians..how Much Is The Chinese Herbal Ingredient In Canada?

Is there any ready packed Chinese herbal ingredients used to cook soup? Those so easy that I can just open the package and add all the ingredient into in the hot water and that’s it. How much is that per packet?
Thanks

While I am not a Chinese Canadian, I do use the packets for soups with silky (Blue) chickens a blend for arthritis for my ailments, most are not expensive, they run here in Toronto ON Canada at around $3.99 to $7.99 a bag, and it depends on the ailment whcih is listed on the bags in english.
I tried the diet or slimming one once but had bowel issues, it is a hit and miss for caucasians with it, but the Asian community has better luck, from the people I know who also use them, like dairy to Asian herbal remedys to white are not always a good mix.
