Is Water The Only Way To Flush Out The Kidneys?

I would like to completely cleanse and flush out any ick from my kidneys. Is water the only solution, or will something like cranberry juice or green teas / herbal teas be acceptable?

As far as I know, water is the only thing which works for what you want to do. The question becomes one of how to do the intake. Juices, soups, anything liquid which contains water will work, but you will have to drink more juices and such than pure water to achieve the same result. So, drink water, or juices as you prefer, keeping in mind more juice than simple pure water will be required to get to the same point.

Nope, cranberry juice works great too! Sometimes maybe even better.

Well water is the purest. Cranberry juice and blueberry juice is really good but remember, kidneys are still cleaning out whatever it doesn’t need from them.
