Tea. Three Times A Day? Yes Or No?

Is it okay to drink 3 cups of tea a day? One in the morning, then afternoon, and at night. All diff types of teas. Examples. Green tea in the morning, Ginger tea(or any herbal tea) in the afternoon, then a bedtime tea at night?
Thanks

Sometime you should go visit England. or Japan. or China. Or India. or… you get the idea.
really almost everyone in that country drinks 8+ cups a day.
really. (and by “really” I mean “this is a blatant stereotype that I’m using to illustrate my point”)
but you will be fine. many traditional tea drinking cultures drink and awful lot of tea compared to the norms in North America. Your plan of drinking herbal teas after noon is probably also good as some people can have trouble sleeping if they consume caffeine late in the day.

You’re fine. Check the ingredients on the herbal teas if you take any medications. Some herbs can interfere with the meds. Call your Dr or pharmacist to be sure.

There’s nothing that wrong with it although you should have water too and perhaps milk during the day.

It’s fine as long as it doesn’t send you rushing to the bathroom all the time like crazy.
