Can I Include Herbal Teas As Part Of My Daily Fluid Intake Instead Of Water As I Find It All Abit Confusing .?

The short answer to that is no.
Water is imperative to life. Without water your body will have a terrible time digesting food, transporting nutrients, lubricating your joint sockets etc.etc.etc.etc……… nothing substitutes for water. some herbal teas are actually natural diuretics ie: will help you eliminate excess water ……….. even though they are healthy and beneficial you still need at least 2 litres of water each and every day. Read the book “Your body’s many cries for Water” by F. Batmanghelidj, M.D…….. fascinating and very scary and very true.
