I agree w above recommendations.
Here’s another. Whatever you take for M & H, make sure to drink lots of water with it.
In fact, headaches and menopause are relieved with water.

Rejuvex for menopause – it’s fantastic – it’s on the vitamin aisle.

For headaches, especially migraines, take Feverfew. It prevents migraines and helps other types of headaches too. Vitex and Black Cohosh are two of the best female hormone balancing herbs. Take one of each in the morning. If hot flahes and night sweats bother you at night, take the Black Cohosh before bed.

The first person for advice on this should be your physician. We don’t know whether you are taking medications or have other health problems. Headaches can have many causes, from trivial to serious.
Having said that, I can personally recommend black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) for menopausal symptoms. Two brand names for it are Remifemin and Estroven. Their websites often offer free 2-week samples.
Are you in menopause or perimenopause? Menopause is defined as being amenorrheic (no periods) for a year; perimenopause is the years leading up to that event. Headaches- that head on stuff does seem to work, I have migranes all the time and peppermint leaves (like you would buy in bulk at a whole foods store) work very well to reduce both headaches and stomacheaches… another thing I do is just lay with my head on the bottom of the bath tub and run as hot of water as I can stand till it’s up to my temples… it helps reduce whatever tension is causing the headaches. I have endometriosis (sp) so have strange hormone things too, best thing I’ve found is lots of water, no caffene, and naproxen (I know you said herbal, but the naproxen (aka Aleve) helps so much) …sorry I’m only 23 or I may have been able to help.
