4-7 kilos. But this is the wrong way, You need carbs and lipids and protein in your diet even if in small amounts.
i wouldnt do it, ur body adjusts to eating habits, so will go into starvation mode and teach itself to live on that calorie intake, as soon as you even eat a little more you will gain weight as you will be ‘overeating’ and you’ll put on more weight than when you started. for example if you eat 2000 calories now and drop it to like 500 your body will only need 500 calories so when you go back to 2000 you will be eating an extra 1500 calories a day, (i think its like 3500 calories is equal to 1 pound) so you will easily put in loads of weight. you need a consistently healthy diet to lose weight (sorry!) theres loads of sites where you can find out how many calories you need for your age, height, activity level etc, just stick to that and eat less fat.Good luck!
