    Twinnings is the best tea that ive had- they have many different types to choose from. the best for your skin would be green tea.
    But any tea contains flavanoids and anti oxidants which are good for your skin-try out a few different types.
    All major supermarket chains in UK carry Twinnings.

    green tea is the best its tastes horrible thats why it works so well.
    mind you, japanese green tea not chinese!!
    you’ll have eternal youth ..
