I am not sure about herbal retention tablets but I have been taking fish oil capsules for just over a week for extreme pain from athritis in my wrist and fingers and have noticed a big improvement.

A good Omega-3 fish oil tablet with help you absorb healthy proteins. It promotes cardiovascular health, lubricates the nervous system, and gives your hair and skin a healthier appearance. I’ve also heard it supports joint health.
As for water retention tablets…they’re pretty much good for nothing. They can help you drop a couple pounds of water weight, but they often strain your renal system and the results don’t last. I suppose if you want to get into a smaller size clothes just for the weekend, they’re a good quick fix…but don’t count on them for lasting results.

Well fish oil is very good for you, but water retention I believe is if you are swelling, retaining water fluid, but if your not having any problems with leg swellings etc, I would leave the water retention ones, but you can use the fish oil any time.
Anytime the topic
of discussion in my blogs, articles or newsletters has turned to my own
personal grocery shopping list, there has always been a spike in interest.
The phrase, "negative
calorie food", as highlighted in negative calorie diet programs and
books, usually refers to foods that allegedly require more energy to digest
than they contain. Since the process of digestion requires the use of
calories for energy, sometimes the net amount of metabolizable energy
available from a food is less than the gross number of calories contained
in the food.
By now, most people
realize that adding lean muscle mass to your body does wonders for your
metabolism and fat loss, as well as a host of other benefits that allow
you to live out your life as healthy as possible.
In order to reap the
benefits from the intense exercise I recommend to my Fat Burning Furnace
students, you must get adequate rest. I cant stress this fact enough.
In fact, rest is just as important, if not more important that the actual
exercise.
